This policy is a template intended to be reviewed by legal counsel before launch. It describes how EverUptime (“we”, “us”) handles personal data.

Overview

EverUptime provides a service-centric incident operations platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing website and to the EverUptime product.

Data we collect

  • Information you provide. Account details, contact information, and anything you submit through our forms (for example, when you request a demo or contact us).
  • Operational data. Data you configure in the product, such as services, monitors, incidents, and on-call schedules.
  • Usage data. Standard technical information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Used to run the site, remember preferences, and — where you consent — measure and improve performance.

How we use data

  • To provide, secure, and improve the service.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide support.
  • To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, or where required by law. A list of subprocessors is available on request.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights
