FAQ

Pricing questions

Who counts as a responder?
A responder is a team member who can be paged and can act on incidents — typically anyone on an on-call schedule. Stakeholders who only view status pages are not billed as responders.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is charged once per year at a lower per-responder rate. Monthly billing is charged each month with no commitment. You can switch billing period as your team changes.
What happens when I reach a monitor or responder limit?
You are notified as you approach a limit and can upgrade to a plan with a higher allowance. Limits are usage-based and defined per plan so there are no surprise overage charges.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is available indefinitely for small production surfaces and for evaluating EverUptime, with monitoring, incidents, and a status page included.
Do you offer discounts for early-stage startups?
Talk to us about your stage and team size. We work with startups and scale-ups and want pricing to grow with you rather than force a re-platform later.
